Scott Cat. number 516 with cancel that reads: "U. S. POSTAL AGENCY. SHANGHAI CHINA".
I'm asking for information and knowledge on these stamps and canels from SOR members.
Does anyone have better examples?
No date in cancel (my guess there were used sometime 1917-1920.
The cancel spands 2 stamps in horz. orientation
Both scans have been enhanced, cancels are faded
My wild guess these cancels were sort of a precancel?
