I bid $7.00 on an item this morning, and was notified at 12:25 that I was outbid and had lost the item. Ten minutes later I was notified that I had won the item for $8.00 and that I needed to pay for the item.
I contacted eBay's customer service and asked them to correct their mistake. They won't do that. Rather, they told me that I had to go to the seller and explain what happened and ask to be let out of my erroneous high bid. Not Happy!
