I was just coming on here to edit, that I found it. I must be going bonkers. I need to remember that when I use Colnect the 38 c is not .38. When I went to the whole number of 38, I then found it.

OK, here is one that has me stumped. Not really a WW collector, but have tons of loose dups just waiting to be placed into an album. So, with nothing else to do, thought I would start to do just that. One Uruguay that I cannot ID, help needed. I was able to ID the top one as Scott #C123, but the bottom one is another story. (To lazy to take a separate picture).
