Good morning Do we have any members who collect the stamps of Malta?
I seem to be starting a new collection and I am researching the history of the Island country
and the stamp history. Any suggestions of research sites are appreciated. Anyone listing stamps on Stamporama please let me know

I went into the members area and did a search. There are 7 active members collecting Malta. Except for one the names are not familiar to me which implies they probably don't post often, you might have to send them an e-mail!

re: Malta Stamp History

Cheryl. I had ... (still have, but most of it is in albums stored in boxes, and not being worked on)... a substantial collection of British and Colonies started years ago, that I lost interest in. I will probably dispose of it in the very near future, after aI organize it a bit better. There are substantial duplicates as well, in stock books or in envelopes.

I kept working on the 3 British territories in Europe, as part of my Europe collections. (Malta, Gibraltar and Cyprus)
All 3 are fairly well advanced but my heart is not into them. Private message me about your interest in Malta, and if you want to jump deep into it.
I am open to selling it as a whole, piecemeals, or just selling from my duplicates in stockbooks. Note that I am in San Francisco, so shipping to Canada may be a costly issue.

Incidentally for any other collector interested in the other European British territories, or for that matter ALL of the British and Colonies area, just private message me.
