The stamp is Mi 27Z, from the 1870 series
According to cat.Michel it is perforated K11 1/2 and has a watermark 1X, 1Y or no watermark (no.27Z value 200E)
Apologies for the image:

Thank you, I appreciate the reply and answer. I have again looked in my Michel catalog (Deutschland-Katalog 2004/2005) and cannot seem to locate the reference you have given. Can you perhaps provide me with a page #, or other directions?
Jerry
@Jerry, you can find these mentions in the Deutschland Spezial catalog (pages 52-53) 2014 edition.
Cannot find any reference in Scott's to the 18 Kr stamp without a wqtermark, and going through Michel (although with my rather poor German) seems to confirm that there is no listing for such a stamp there as well. Based on the sizes of the top and left edges with perfs, I don't think this is privately perfed version, not enough mat'l for that. Also, there is no such indication of a private perf in Scott, and there is no silk in the stamp. Any help/info/suggestions will certainly be appreciated.
