What brand do you have now?
To many any album, self made or commercial, that uses mounts and not hinges is hingeless.
I have used hingeless albums in the past, but no longer. I felt constrained by the lack of flexibility around size of the space provided in such albums. For instance, if a stamp has salvage or is there are two stamps still joined together, the space provided proves inadequate.
In any case, to answer your question, I used a US album sold by a company called "Collectors Marketing." They were very well made, three hole punched on acid free 80# (or so) paper. I don't think they are still being manufactured, but you may be able to find them on eBay

This is interesting. I had never heard of that company. You learn something new everyday. Thanks for sharing that information.

I stopped using an album in the 1980s. I now use 3 ring binder with vario and now have about 35 binders. So much easier, and I have a interesting cancel location/stamp/usage in an instant, don't have to remember locations any more with my index.
For me this works much easier!

Thanks all for the feedback. I travel a lot and don’t always have the means to check in. Currently I’m using 15 Mystic albums along with Vario pages for the extra interesting stuff so I do understand how all albums try to constrain my collecting.
Does Davo have the Scott number, perf etc. for each stamp when appropriate? These albums are quite expensive, is there a more affordable option? I would still like the option to use Vario pages as needed and perhaps the ability to purchase additional binders.
What is wrong with the Mystic?
Mystic sells a version with mounts too. I have a Mystic and use mounts. It is a practical and affordable product compared to Scott, Harris. It is a 8 1/2 x 11 size so you are not tied to expensive proprietary binders and you can create your own custom pages (I did) for booklet panes and minor varieties.
Example custom page.
Just a "for example" of what to expect from single country stamp albums. One issue with International albums is they may be printed in that countries language and not English. I have a of 3 part Swiss album that I love but I wish I would have passed on that deal. It is printed in German and I don't sprichst du deutsch? It is also hinge less and some of mounts are breaking down and the album shows a lot more varieties of issues than Scott does, which might drive you crazy. Had I kept my old American made album it would have been filled a long time ago, but too many issues having a list of stamps, on several pages I am having problems with the very early issues while the rest of the album is almost to completion. Now, if I were to even think about buying another foreign made album I would have to check it closely so as to not get into this problem again.
I am happy to help with this issue if you would like.
Good luck in the future with your albums.

Some good advice and tips for sure. I think most stamp collector's can’t be restrained by an album company. I think I need to create my own album pages no matter which albums I choose. I found Mystic to be a little unrealistic on their supplement prices. The pages of my current Mystic albums have a lot of miles on them. I plan on repurposing them for used examples and finding something nicer for the better stamps
Mystic supplements are over 50% cheaper than Scott National and less expensive than Minutemen. The Scott National is printed on higher quality paper. I switched from Scott to Mystic back in the mid-90s. Everything is in mounts. I have created new or redid over 200 Mystic pages.
I’m thinking of switching my current US albums to hingeless. These will be the final albums for my collection so I want to get it right. My current albums indicate the Scott#, perforations, coil, sometimes color etc. I also want to add the occasional Vario if I have a particularly interesting item or items. My collection is primarily US at this time but I might expand into other countries as well. Which hingless brands should I be looking for? Pros and cons?
