1) A precancel for Texarkana with both states on the imprint. As far as I know there are only two US precancels with two states mentioned. I have one of them, Anthony N. Mex - Tex. and would like to finish this mini collection of two. If anyone knows about any others please let me know!
2) Canada numbered precancel for Paris Ontario, #4004. It's the last one I need and it's not real rare!
3) Canada place name precancel for New Westminster. This is the last affordable one I need. There are 6 others that I'm not going to bother with - too pricey! , Amherst, Carberry, Chatham, Perth, Sydney, Truro . Two of these are in the thousands, the other 4 in the mid to high hundreds!
4) I am trying to get one precancel for every US state in the black 2 cent Harding stamp. These are the ones I still need, please excuse the odd abbreviations but I think you can figure them out! : ALAB, ALAS, DC, DEL, HA, LOU, MISSI, MONT, NEV, NH, NC, OK, SC, TENN, WY
If anyone can help with this please send a message or an e-mail!
EDIT: When I say 2 cent Black Harding I mean stamps 610, 611, 612 or 613(!!!) - It doesn't matter which one, 610 is most likely!! None of mine is the imperforate version, I have the official list of what was done so I must see if they were done. I assume both 610 and 612 were precanceled but I've never actually checked to see, very lazy of me!! I do have three precanceled in red and one in violet or purple. The red precancels look great on the black stamps!

The Black Harding are commemorative issue and not a defenifive (regular issue). Commemorative stamps are not used for bureau precancels.
In addition you said "613(!!!)" you will not find any type of precancel on a 613!"
In addition you said "EDIT: When I say 2 cent Black Harding I mean stamps 610, 611, 612", if any precancel of the bureau could only be found on 612, not on 610 and 611! But again this is a Commemorative issue so you will not find one!

Could you please just leave all this alone? All I want is to buy the precancels I need for my collection. Whether they are bureau or local is totally irrelevant to me, I know the difference but don't really worry, or even think, about it!

Update, I noticed some problems with your list that you might want to know about:
ALAS was not a state in 1923!
HA was not a state in 1923!
DC is not a state!
I'll start looking in my stock books later today!

I know this sounds odd but there are black two cent Harding precancels for both Alaska and Hawaii, possibly done before statehood. I'm not sure exactly why but according to the Black Harding Precancel Club/Association they do exist! Also I am also looking for DC and several of the US dependencies! If you run into anything let me know but the ones I'm missing seem to be fairly scarce!
I have no access to newer US postage so I will have to scrounge around to do a prestamped envelope!

Ari I have a couple really fantastic precancels from Jacksonville, one is red and the other has a really nice black imprint. Both are important parts of my collection but if I run into any others I'll put them aside for either you or Ernie. The red one is very spectacular because it's on a black Harding stamp and I collect precancels on black Harding 2 cent stamps.
