We have several Postmark Slogan Catalogs on Stamp Smarter.

These are older publications. The only newer ones I know about are those developed by the Machine Cancel Society, and you could buy them, or perhaps borrow them from the APRL.
There is also a "Modern Fancy Cancel Database" on Stamp Smarter here...

This is an oddly named project that I had no hand in developing. The original sponsor worked with Don Denman to create it and it includes both event cancels, slogan cancels from machines and other things that do not fall into the normal description of a "Fancy Cancel".
From this Database, I found the following entries which seem to match your example.
Edited for grammar and to add image.

Is there some sort of US Postmark database out there? I see some phrases on some of my stamps and I'm curious what the whole message is.
For instance, I have a 1949 3 cent Edgar Allen Poe stamp (processed with Postmark-Reveal):

I'm guessing the first word is actually "ENOUGH" (the H is barely visible) and the first line is "ENOUGH YOU" maybe "YOUR" (the R may be there) and the last maybe "COMMUNITY FUND"?
There may have been a fourth line but it's off the bottom of the stamp.
- ENOUGH
GH YOUR
ITY FUND
I can understand phrases like "BUY WAR BONDS" and the like, but this one has me scratching my head.
