Netherlands indies, 1933; I'm interpolating the Scott number as being around Sc. #165, which i can verify tomorrow.

It does look to be Sc #165, first issued in 1934. It should perf 11.5x12.5. There is a similar stamp issued in 1939, which perfs 12.5x12.

I think your postmark rules out a stamp issued in 1939.

Scott notes that both series have water-soluble ink which could disappear with soaking.
