The darker 10K stamp is a regular issue stamp; the light blue 2K is one I couldn't find.

I assume the DHC/#s on front and back are British civilian censor markings (the crown on the reverse one is a good hint, I'm thinking). What's the circle indicating. I see a C and a P under what looks to be an orthodox cross or maybe cross of Lorraine.

Turkey remained neutral during the war, until 1945, when the outcome was inevitable.
