It's my fault I think, but if like the title says you are looking for watermarks on 414, 470 & 508?
On 470 and 508 they are not watermarked!
For 414 it is a some what dark stamp, so some of the watermark 190 should be easy to fine.
My method for watermarking slinge line type is to use flat black title and with a eye dropper drop single drops of watermark fluid on the center of the stamp. Then proceed slowly to the rest of the stamp.

Thanks I was looking for the 414 which is perf 12. The 470 & 508 are perf 10 and 11. For the life of me neither of the perf 12 varieties are showing a watermark.
I’m using the Zippo lighter fluid.

Just a suggestion, perf. the 414 again!

Going through a short stack of Franklins (minus the butter & syrup) and came across several Perf 12 I think are 414’s where I am not seeing a watermark. Could the watermark be missing on this variety or not enough to plainly see?
