Description" Surcharged Omitted! These stamps were never surcharged! They were overprinted. A surcharged changed the face value either up or down etc.

Varnish Square: Dealer did not mention the missing varnish square!

This is not a rare stamp, lots of these are found on Ebay, HIPSTAMP, and other places.
