According to Scott this is Norway 1855 with a perf. of 13 1/4 x 12 1/2, the booklet stamp is perf. 14 x 13.
The stamp I have is perf. 13 1/4 x 13 on top of that it shows the anniversary date of 150 years in white with some shiny blue ink partially over it, on the sheet and booklet stamps the 150 is hardly visible almost non existent if
you don't know that's there.
What could be case with this particular stamp?
