The set that this stamp belongs to is widely assumed to be a fantasy. I have read suggestions that it might have been intended for use as a local stamp for the route between Oudja and Tangier during the pre-protectorate period, but there is no evidence for that.
I had not heard of it being a revenue stamp. Is that speculation, or has there been some recent discovery about this longstanding philatelic mystery?

I don't remember where I got these "stamps" but they were probably part of a collection. It's not something I would collect and they're still occupying valuable space here!
I have found this stamp that I cannot identify. I do not even remember how it came in my hands. The two sites I know that identify with a photo were mute. By the way the quality of the printing is, let's say, mediocre.
