September Quiz:

Q4. The New Jersey State Lunatic Asylum in Trenton was founded in 1845. The person responsible for its establishment and who eventually died there has been honored on a United States postage stamp. Do you know who that was and on what stamp that person is shown?
Q5. Reverse painting on glass was recently used by what foreign post office to produce the first glass stamp ?
