I had the same problem - their system has a glitch. I googled USPS and started going in through the links offered and found one that when I backed out it worked. It may take a couple of minutes but just play with it - that's why two year olds can go to their favorite movie on an ipad in under two seconds....... they aren't afraid to just punch buttons until something works. The difference is they remember what they did - I don't have a clue.
Looks like they've changed some definitions of large envelopes as well - cannot be stiff (and every postal clerk has been trained differently as to what that means. They have also gone over to zones on that ground thing - ugh.

Hey! I've using this for many, many years but today they're saying I'm not classified to use it. Anyone know the story on this? tried to sent an inquiry to USPS but they want everything but what kind of toilet paper I use to get an answer.
