This is my diabetic cat OBI! I think, therefore I am - I think! Descartes, sort of!

My local dealer, Steve Nickerson, sent me a wonderful used copy of Scott's US #144! I'm sorry I can't show a scan but any US collector would know it's the 90 cent stamp in the 1870 - 71 series with the grill! I'm still missing the three stamps in the same series before that one - the 12, 15 and 30 cent stamps, all of which are very pricey and hard to find. The 90 cents one is also very expensive but Steve gave me a great deal and I can pay in two payments. I wonder if I'll ever be able to get the other three, I really doubt it!! I have the series without grill, #144 - 155, but they are quite a bit cheaper. If I ever finish that page I will be a lot poorer and will certainly post a scan!! I really enjoy sharing my collection and there are very few collectors in my small circle of friends. So you "guys" will have to do!
I wonder if Steve was nervous sending this. I could have very easily done a road trip since he is just over an hour away!
