The blue usually shows more clearly when placed in front of an orange background (such as orange construction paper).
Thank you. I couldn't remember. The scan doesn't show the blue very good but the stamp on the right looks blue.
Yep on orange paper with a non bluish paper is the best way:

I had put these away when I moved 20 years ago and forgot how to ID them. I just found some that have been there over 40 years. I put them
back and I will sort them later. It was just the other day 1980 LOL.

Hi, I am going through a large older collection of Washington & Franklin stamps. But I don't remember how to I.D. the blue paper stamps.
There was a way to ID them easily.
