Hi, I am going through a large older collection of Washington & Franklin stamps. But I don't remember how to I.D. the blue paper stamps.
There was a way to ID them easily.
Thanks
Richard

re: Blue Paper

The blue usually shows more clearly when placed in front of an orange background (such as orange construction paper).

Thank you. I couldn't remember. The scan doesn't show the blue very good but the stamp on the right looks blue.Image Not Found

re: Blue Paper

I had put these away when I moved 20 years ago and forgot how to ID them. I just found some that have been there over 40 years. I put them
back and I will sort them later. It was just the other day 1980 LOL.
Thank you for the Info.

Watermarks generally show on these stamps, just hold up to light back side.
