I have never seen these overprints before on the Russia semipostal stamps...can someone please i.d. them. It seems they are not postally used but some kind of cinderellas or charity stamps. Thanks, capetown

re: RUSSIAN CINDERELLAS

I have a few (four) as well and know very little about them but I have written next to them "Russian semi-postal foreign exchange Lyapin KC 10, 12, 13,14". I have no idea what this means and where I got the information from!!
