I am not really a U.S. collector but going through my endless plastic tubs and bankers boxes i found the "Bicentennial Souvenir Collection". When i saw this sheet i said "Holy Cow" they left of the denomination and USA. Then i looked real hard...they are very faint.

I just looked at my sheets and individual stamps. All of them are very faintly done. If you looked at most of them quickly you could easily think there was nothing there. I guess they didn't want to mar the image. Tat particular sheet is possibly the hardest to see.
