Unable to identify the cancellation, but it is not one of the Treaty port ones.
Best bet would be to try and find another cancelled stamp of around the same time frame and compare the designs especially relative to the letter N, which really is all I can see, compared to the year 01.
My best guess is a lightly applied HAIPHONG over TONKIN cancelation.
