The Jean-Guy Breult from Quebec that deals im mostly mint never hinged mateial
and the stamper out of Orleans Ontario that uses 8 1/2 x 11 exchange sheets of mounted stamps.
Both work on the pinciple of taking a percentage of your catalog value entered for their fee and you pay the postage.
Does anyone know of any other clubs that are still operating on a similar basis?
If so would you forward me their information as I am looking for a couple more to join up over the summer.

you can try TradeOnlyStamps, Colnect and round robins of 50 stamps at a time. Most collectors here
on Stamporama are more interested on buying or selling.
If you like send me your mailing address and I'll add it to several sheets that I'm working on right now.

We used to exchanged MNH stamp sheets only years ago.
Now, we only exchange anyone living in Oceania region.
