Scott labels a design similar to this as "A26" with 10 values issued on July 1, 1873. However, the stamp illustrated on the catalog reads "Comunicaciones" across the top, whereas this one reads "Ultramar 1871" (overseas). Further, the color listed for the 25-cent value, which is catalog no. 195, is deep brown. The one I have is a pale blue which I believe Scott designates as ultra. Any clues? Many thanks!
