Can anyone give me any information on this piece as I don't speak Spanish. I suspect that it is probably a souvenir from some stamp show.Image Not Found

The bottom line translates as anniversary of his birth. The number 155 presumably is the number of anniversaries so would make it as issued around 1938. The top lines seem to be homage in respect of him (Simon Bolivar) as liberator.

I don't think this was issued by the Venezuelan post office. The perforations around the block of stamps look off.
The inscriprion "Un recuerdo espon taneo" means "A spontaneous memory"
And "no es del gobierno" means "it's not from the government".
