They are, in order:
Great Britain - Offices Abroad: 437 / 244 / 438 / 81
Note the difference in the currency. The blue stamp is Spanish currency "centimos" while the other two surcharged stamps are in French currency "centimes"

They are all priced at the 25c minimum Scott catalog value. I'd say they belong in 10c approvals or cheaper.
