by my calculations, you owe USPS $500.
All the stamps are lightly cancelled. So I owe $0.00.
pfewwwww!
you had me worried
It must have been fairly common to cancel sheets of postage dues like this, I have no idea why!! I have full sheets of J73 (5 cent) and J89 (1 cent). Mine have been handled fairly roughly at some time since there is some perforation separation even though both sheets hold together. I have no idea where I got them but I seem to remember a junk lot of misc. stamps at an antique auction many years ago. I don't know what to do with them since they are hard to display. If anyone out there collects US sheets like this let me know and I'll send you a gift. Please remember that they have faults! I'm not going to bother getting a scan done. Let me know if your interested by regular email and the first one to respond will get them!
EDIT: I would prefer if they went to a collector rather than someone planning to sell them!!

Harvey,
That's very generous!
I have a sheet album, but I just don't have a logical need for the sheets.
Hopefully you can find a good home for them!
