If I was not using the VGG I would use the Philatelic Foundation. They certify stamps from anywhere.

Back to square one.....I don't want to use VGG for reasons stated in original post. Is PSE recognized as a reliable examiner of Canada stamps? IE....do their certs carry any weight?

Have a few stamps I'd like to get certified. Previously, I have used the Greene Foundation for a few. However, they are not only pricy, but I'm leary of sending higher value stamps to Canada from USA. I've seen certs from PSE for Canadian stamps. They are less costly, are in the USA, and add their opinion on condition.
What are others doing?
