3) Can I post an initial "overview" of an exhibit then expand it as I get feedback or additional material to add to it? Or does it have to be fully formed?

Hi Dave,
Go into the Research Center and then select Exhibits. To upload an Exhibit press the Upload Exhibits button toward the top of the screen. For information on uploading Exhibits click on the "Exhibiting Information" link in the second paragraph. This should give you all the information that you will need. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask, but I think this will give you what you need.
