I have a spreadsheet based on Scott for the Australia States and plugged in the type and denomination and the only perf 12 1/2s Scott shows are blue green.
But Gibbons recognizes two different variants of what Scott calls Watermark 70 - if the crown tips are pointed or rounded essentially - and the one with rounded tips does have a perf 12 1/2 in Gibbons - it's SG 207 and is valued at 23 pounds in my 2021 Commonwealth "Part I".
