I don't collect any material from that part of the world but these look very familiar. Something in the back of my head is screaming "Tibet", but I am probably wrong. It certainly wouldn't be the first time!!! Phil, you always seem to come up with this odd stuff!!

These are Republic of China savings stamps. I believe they show ancient coins and date from the WW2 period.
