I don't know about anyone else, but I haven't received my January AP yet. I guess this is one way to push readers to the digital platform (which I hate because to be honest I usually read these journals as my restroom reading, and while my Fire tablet works well for books, it sucks for viewing periodicals such as Linn's which I recently resubscribed to....and remembered why I stopped subscribing to begin with, half the magazine is just press releases on new issues anyway).
We want members to receive the journal in the form that best meets their needs. Lowering the digital price is a direct response to years of members asking for the option.
We have firm dates for publication and shipping monthly. It's possible the holiday mail is interfering with delivery. We do have members who experience shipping issues every month. We suggest holding until the 15th of the month before requesting a replacement. You can contact the membership department at membership at stamps dot org for a replacement.

Yeah, haven't gotten mine yet either, but I did just reinstatement my membership at the end of December. I much prefer the hardcopy magazine as well.

I received my issue on Jan 11.
I will add many like the Philatelic Literature Review by the APRL. It often has articles that I think could be in the AP on research which covers not only the topic but how they information was gathered (behind the story).
I got mine on Jan 13th. The mailing label had a 1/5 date on it.
"I checked the record, given your date of reinstatement, I suspect you weren't on the January mailing list. I can get a copy in the mail on Tuesday."
