Here some info about the original stamps that I found :
Between 1900 and 1901, the new series of definitive postage stamps, again without text, were issued (Scott #11-24).
These new stamps have denominations expressed in the new Austrian currency, that is, 100 heller = 1 krone.
The same coat of arms designs were utilized, but the value numeral tablets of the lower denominations were now moved to the bottom corners of the design.
The new krone value stamps have the value indicated in all four corners of each stamp.
These stamps were printed on both regular and ribbed papers.
The 20 heller, 40 heller, and 50 heller denominations from the first printings of these new stamps are very scarce.
These three denominations were reprinted in 1911 in lighter colors and on whiter paper than the originals, and they are all very common.
Six stamps were issued between 1901 and 1904 (Scott #25-29).
The designs are identical to the previous issue, except that the denomination numerals are now printed in black ink on a clear background.
An attractive set of multicolored postage due stamps were issued for use in Bosnia and Herzegovina in December 1904 (Scott #J1-13).
Furthermore I can see that the overprint on the 3rd stamp is upside-down.
Coat of arms Kingdom Yugoslavia :
Coat_of_arms_of_the_Kingdom_of_Yugoslavia 1918-1941
Coat_of_arms_of_Austrian_Empire_(Kaisertum_Osterreich) 1816-1898
HockeyNut: Thanks for information about "basic" set Scott 11-24, full set of 14 values.
Here we have, in question, set of 13 (missing 45 value, numerals in black) and overprinted in black, with Coat of Arms of Kingdom of Yugoslavia.
As we see, not Scott and not in Michel catalog, no even mentioning of overprinted set or part of this set exist.
As I manage one FaceBook Group (YuRePbublic (Philately)) that try to exchange knowledge on Yugoslavia material, I made post there too,
and response come, but nothing is supported by any fact, or official printed material, so all is just around as "we know, we hear" information!
One information come as high ranking officer in army made it, just as three set made. Other information come (with surprising information of names),
that two or three person, is producing this overprints on original set/s - but again, nothing that will give us real information.
One person, from Serbia, that have right to issue certification for material, describe it just as "private" overprint with interest to purchase this shown set.
So, we still have no "good" information, who made it!
Question:
Who have any info about this issue?
Michel catalog for Austria, have it listed in section Austria - issue for Bosnia" under number 10-20, but not mentioning this overprint!
As I see, this issue is overprinted with Coat of Arms of Kingdom of Yugoslavia, but nowhere I can find any information about it!
ArGe - Yugoslavia, not responding on email at all.
Contacts in Belgrade and around say, unknow ..... so, how to find more information?
