I don't see these Parcel Post stamps in Scotts or on my Scott Specialized pages. I see them under Italy as Q57,Q58,Q,59 AND ??? for the top row. Bottom row is Italy Q27 and Q29.

Are these fakes or Cinderellas or what?? Your help appreciated.

re: Libya ?

First, Scott does not list (under Italy) "for overprints see Libya....." .

Secondly, your identification for the top row of stamps is wrong. The basic stamps are Italy Q11, Q14, Q16, and Q15 for the top row.

Thirdly, they are definitely in the Scott Catalog under Libya under the Parcel Post section. Q5, Q8, Q10, Q9 for the top row, Q18 and Q16 for the bottom row.

re: Libya ?

Thank you. My mistake. But the #'s for the top four stamps seem wrong. Should be Q5, Q8, Q 10, and Q9 I think. I shall mount in my album and feel confident that they are now all correct thanks to your help. Kent
