Each tab shows the following:
A - the column value only (as in this example)
B - a row of short vertical lines plus the column value
C - the column value plus a thin horizontal line

This is a block of six of Michel Number 318A P with upper tabs. This issue. flat plate printing with upper tabs, Michel lists as 318A P OR. Under that it lists an A, B, and C variant. What do those letters reference? (Also, the lower left stamp is 318 A P HT, sprung variety.)
