The ones that Jacques has are very different from the ones shown in the article. They look more like hand stamps than overprints, I've never seen that sort of thing before. The ones shown in Van Dam are WWI and just after. He does tell us to watch out for hand stamped fakes but these stamps are later, 1937 for the last one and the mid 1940's for the first 2 - sort of WWII. I've never heard of war tax stamps like these, they look sort of "made up" to me but I think more research is needed!
