I have a 2009 and a 2013 Katalog Pranko Indonesia, that I purchased when I was in Surabaya in 2015. The 2009 lists the Netherlands Indies as well as Indonesia. I think my catalogues are too old to assist you with pricing.
I will probably pick-up a newer edition when I am in Surabaya, next year.

I just tried to order a copy ,but due to the fact it appears they only ship to Australia by 'dhl at nearly the same price as the catalogue I will have to pass I have sent them a message asking why and am awaiting their response.

Does any member know were I can get a copy of the recent above catalogue? I have recent Scott's but is is basic my Dai Nippon is 2003 which apparently is way out with it's prices according to a dealer in the Netherlands who has quite a few stamps I would like to purchase ,but his prices seem very high .I asked him which catalogue he uses and he told me the KPI Indonesia and I would like to check the prices against what he is asking ?
