is this a used or a mint MS ?
The reason i am asking is the image of this MS on StampWorld has a cancellation identical to yours.

This is how the Block is shown in my Catalog, with this cancelation. It states many of these blocks have a cancel on the block, still considered MNH.
The Block honors the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, also known as the Koegelberg basilica.
It should also have two very small holes on the side from stapels.

Thanks Gentlemen, mine is mint i imagine it came with the "postmark". I found this one in my album..i can not remember everything.
This is what I found today!
I was lining up old covers to scan for eBay. I looked at this one twice since the cancel isn't really readable. Then I noticed it had an enclosure. Gotta love it when they started their letter with the town name!
I checked my NJ collection and I don't have Singac, New Jersey! It was in Passaic County from 1874 to 1952, for a run of 78 years. I'm not used to finding anything I need in my junk boxes so it made my day.
I created and printed the page header and put it in my "S" album. I did note in my Excel checklist that it's a poor cancel, so if I come across a better one at a reasonable price, I'll grab it. In the meantime I filled another spot in the collection. You never know when a cancel may be the only copy left, especially when the postmark was in poor condition!

Wow, every time I look in an old shoe box there are just old shoes. I have to get some of those treasure hunt shoe boxes!
