My 2017 Scott lists them, and numbers them, along with the definitives and commemoratives in the main section. If you need, I can look the numbers up for you.

Generally, the lower value ones will catalog just under the face while the higher values a little over face value. The 3.50 one catalogs around 2.00 while the 9.95 catalogs probably 11-12.00.

Although Mystic's prices are high, their web site makes a good catalog for US stamps. You can even get a free printed catalog if you do not mind getting a number of additional mailings from them.
