Stamps For Cash.com seems to have a similar business model. I wonder if they distinguish between legitimate and counterfiet Forever postage.
Not sure why the link is not working. Try copy and paste in your browser to see if that works.
Thanks to smauggie he fixed my link. Works now.
Both sites have the same phone number, so they have to be the same business. Searching for the phone number also shows "West Coast Stamp Company"

Wow,
Such a deal I have for you!!!! I'll steal your stamps for half of what you paid for them. Of course they will, then use them for mailing out their own packages, more likely than not. If they are a stamp dealer in the first place, why don't they use the stamps from collections they have purchased at less than half catalog?
I don't know, but think there may be members of SOR that would also pay that much for postage and you would be selling to a fellow member, not some unknown entity. I might even entertain buying some over 25¢ stamps myself and the only stipulation is they must be mint, hinged is ok, and complete stamps only!

Are they buying Mint or Unused stamps?

"Are they buying Mint or Unused stamps?"
In this case, they are one and the same.
They are purchasing unused, original-gum stamps for resale to be used for postage.
They don't HAVE to be perfectly mint according to the website, but must have original gum.
The site states paying 50% of face, but that's only for forever stamps.
The irony is that legal stamps are bought and sold below face values so the concept of discount postage is not unusual. In the past discount modern postage was attributed to post office theft.
The stamp dealer, Stuart Katz, has the following generic buy prices (as of 27 Seot 2023), He pays more for select issues as noted on his website.
POSTAGE BUY PRICES
3¢-45¢ Paying 50% Commemorative or definitive sheets, booklets or rolls
1¢-13¢ Scrap Paying 35%
15¢ and up Scrap Paying 40%
46¢-80¢ Definitive/Commemorative sheets paying 60%
Forever Stamps Commemorative Sheetlets Paying 70%
Forever Booklets or Full rolls Paying 70%
$1-$5 paying 75% for scrap or sheets.
Over $5 face scrap or sheets paying 70%

Not sure this is the right place, but has anyone heard of or used the following organization?
