Where is this stamp from and what is the cat. number, where is the education in this?

It's not about the stamp! It's about the Internet Philatelic Dealers Association. The education is to join and learn from others. As all discussion boards are about.
I knew about this awhile ago when I saw something about it in the old Hipstamp discussion boards. I was thinking of joining this then but I forgot about it Glad you posted this and reminded me about it. I think I will join now ! Steve
Steve,
That is awesome. I'll watch out for your application.

Thank you, somehow I thought it had something to do with the stamp, so the stamp is not important, again thank you.
Your recent posting said "The education is to join and learn from others", since this is your business, may I ask a question(s)?
I like to know before I join something, is it free to join? What if any is the requirements? Do you deal with U.S. Stamps? I get the feeling (of course I could be wrong, hence my question) is this only for foreign stamps?
How about back of book and plate varieties included or just postage related?
What else can you tell us?

This is for Dealers that have an online platform to sell their stamps. Whether it be here at SOR, Ebay, Hip Stamp, Delcamp or any other selling platform.
There is an application fee of $25 and yearly dues of $25. You must go to the website and fill out the application and then wait for acceptance. Upon acceptance you will be notified and payment due at that time.
So, there is no limitations on what kind of stamps one sells. It is for all stamps, and yes, we are International.
IPDA is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2002. Please check out the website for more information.

In todays' market, ie selling on line there are many dealers that really don't know what or how they could/should be correctly identifying stamps. IPDA has a high code of ethics that will help them to grow their business. Such as proper scanning of the front and backs of stamps, not overlapping of stamps, etc. We also have an Internet Listing and Selling Guideline to help the sellers. Gaining trust in our customers will always keep them coming back. So, when a customer sees they are a member of IPDA, they know they are dealing with a trusted dealer.
