The first one is a 1934 Italian revenue stamp overprinted A.O.I. (Italian Eastern Africa) used in 1941 for the Italian Eastern Africa which included the colonies of Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia.

The second stamp is the right-hand half of a Somalia parcel post stamp, SG P255 from 1950.
SG's price for this used half stamp was £1.30 in their 2010 Part 8 catalogue.
