I wonder if it would be acceptable to add in the Approvals Books a notice like:

“After 10 days of posting this Book, the stamps will be available for exchange and/or buying by all Stanporama members, even if not registered as Buyers/Sellers”

I think that this would give a further improvement and advantage to all members.
