The second and third rows are revenues
The top row of Ethiopia stamps are regular stamps of 1928 that were overprinted 'OFFICIEL' in 1931. They are actually revenue stamps, but were used at times as regular postage due to lack of stamps.
Michel catalog #D1-D5 (Dienstmarken)
2018 catalog value ~ 35-40 Euros
Not seen very often.
I have a bit of a love affair with Victorian Cape of Good Hope revenues. I don't collect them but they seem to come to me by themselves. I think they have a perfect classical design if that makes sense. I don't think they are worth a lot, but I do like having them.

Thank you folks for your help.
I thought the 5 Sh. Cape stamp would be worth more. Still nice to look at though.
I went to my stamp dealer on the weekend to buy some mounts and album pages. After I bought what I needed he handed me a box of loose older album pages.
He says he does not have the time to go through them and if I wanted them. He told me take them home and have a look if you want them. The price is may I say very low. So I will deffinitly buy these.
I came across these on the first few pages. Can someone ID these and perhaps a value: I will most likly sell some of these in the auction.
