Ah, the very rare invisible issue!
Rather common.
Have several in my collection.
Aren't these more common as a set of three different denominations?
Sorry Jarka....I couldn't contain myself.
Can you post pics?
@Jarka
Thank you for asking your question, and too bad the response you received from the wise cracks.
If possible can you post an image?
Thank you

Jarka,
Your image was probably too large. Try resending the images of the stamps no larger than 1400 x 1230 pixels in size.
I get it. I gave up on posting pics as I can’t find how to reduce the size on this I-pad. Took some great pictures, though.
Okey dokey, if you check Latvia, in Scott after 2N36, there is a footnote to the effect that they were prepared in 1919 but never issued, 8 stamps in total, exist perf and imperf, set value 2014, $2 perf $1 imperf.
Irfan View, is a great free image editing program. I don't know if it comes in a version for phones, though.
Irfanview is not available for Apple but this site might help with other choices.

This series shows up on SOR on a very regular basis. If you want to complete the set you should have no problem. I believe I have three sets, one filed with Latvia and a used (probably a cancelled to order set since they were never released) and mint set with my Russia BOB stuff. So if you get tired of waiting send me an e-mail and I'd be glad to send you a free set!
Hi Jarka.
As previously stated by others, these are rather common issues and hence rather modest catalogue value.
With that said, the issues are evidence of an interesting political period.
Like Harvey, have many duplicates which I would be happy to share if you wish.

Regarding resizing of images for Stamporama:
For several years I've been using Pixelmator, a high-quality knock-off of Photoshop that's easier to use, is very powerful, and a lot cheaper. The current version, only for Apple computers, is Pixelmator Pro. It costs US $49.99, as opposed to $22.66 per month for Photoshop. When you buy Pixelmator, it's yours, and lives on your computer. Photoshop costs the $22.99 per month in perpetuity; both Pixelmator Pro and Photoshop can be used for free for one month.
My old version of Pixelmator does everything I want it to do, including cropping, downsizing, and converting a large variety of formats to jpegs (or other formats). Pixelmator Pro, according to my son, is like the old Pixelmator on steroids, capable of Hollywood-like special effects like removing backgrounds and even upscaling resolution.
The Pixelmator versions for iPhones and iPads are not nearly as good as the laptop/desktop versions. For iPhones and iPads, I strongly recommend an app called Snapseed. I use it for something Pixelmator doesn't do very well — allow custom vignetting (more vignette in one corner than another, for example), and providing some basic photo frames. Except for easy cropping, though, it doesn't allow reductions in the final size of the image. For that, I have to use Pixelmator. (Pixelmator Pro may be a lot better for such tasks than the old version.)
I tried uploading two images showing you what can be done with both Snapseed and Pixelmator, but I got an error when I tried to post it. I've contacted Tim about it, but haven't heard back from him yet.
Bob
P.S. After posting this, I tried posting the images without text, and it worked. See below.
I do not know about Apple, but Windows has always had a simple photo resizer (no charge) even though Microsoft continues to try to invent more complex ones as it did in Windows 10 and later in Win 11 .
