Wow! David's post jumped out at me when I saw "Milford, Ohio." My place of birth and growing up, I coincidentally was born on the same day as the twins of the previous owner of the named funeral home. Small world! Given my lengthy enjoyment of stamp collecting and her long career promoting it and enjoying it, what a pity we never met. I would never guess a former president of APS would have come from my little (then) home town.

Tim, I never knew or met her. However, she was very important to the hobby.

Oh NO ! we just returned from a wedding on Cape Cod and saw the very sad news about Janet Klug. I met her at the old A.P.S. Hq. When it was in State college and saw her at a couple of A.P.S. shows What a Lady she was, a real genuine person.
