This MNH strip is not found in Scott's. I have not seen it before in all my years of stamp collecting. Information/Classification Please! Image Not Found

July 1939. These strips are out of sheets meant for booklets. They were sold in vending machines or sheets at the post office and were actually for collectors.
Minimal value.
