Michael, it came from some old material I had stored away years ago. (All my East Europe stuff)
Was sitting in this mount and the back of the stamp shows it was hinged once (or twice?)
Can’t tell anything else unusual about it, except the paper is a bit thick.
I dont know if the old mount was put on years later, or came from my accumulation. i did that once to stamps I could not identify to pass them around at my stamp club, so it is more likely I put it on.
