Important change to international shipping
NOTE: Due to the possible theft of a $200 lot mailed to Canada, ALL international shipments will be sent in multiples of $20 with a SEPARATE shipping charge for each envelope. Envelopes 2-whatever will be charged the rate of $1.25 as the paypal fee has already been paid. Please do NOT purchase stamps that are over $20 each unless you are willing to pay the registered mail fee and assume the responsibility that if they do not arrive as registered translated means "steal me". My only other option would be to shut down all international sales. If you have a US address that I can send the stamps to that would be fine.
