Federal (and state as well) duck stamps - especially on license - are highly collectible by revenue fans such as myself.
I have quite a few on-license in my collection.
I agree with Randall, really nice early ones as well! I have a few on license but I mostly collected them free from the paper. You could either sell them for a reasonably good price or better yet, start a collection. I have the first 75 of them and they're one of my favorite US items to look at. These early ones are fairly scarce as well!
The older ones, like you have, are quite desirable. I have a small collection, but non on license (yet).
They are listed in the Scott US Specialized catalogue.
The blue stamp is RW1 and lists at $160 used and the rose lake stamp is RW2 and also lists at $160 used. This is from my 2016 US Scott's Specialized. I have no idea whether being on license is the same as used. IMHO I would add a bit and put each at about $200. If you check E-Bay prices are all over the place. People here would probably ask about 25% CV which would be $50 each. I honestly have no idea what I paid for mine but it was probably somewhere around that price. Good luck!
Brian, you can find out how they sell on Ebay.
I have RW2,which I think cost me about $16 as a single stamp, not a license. The RW1, I tried many times to get for about $20-22 but was unsuccessful each and every time.
A very nice find, I would say.

Neither of the two are in fine-very fine condition to merit full catalogue value.
RW1 is grossly off-center, stained and a straight edge. RW2 is stained, and off-center.
2023 Scott values them used at $175, and $160 respectively, but true market value is less than half catalogue.
What premium would apply for being on license?
"What premium would apply for being on license?"
"Someone actually bought a page containing RW1 to RW12 for just over $100. "
I call these stamps with lines Line Singles and I prefer them and actually they should be worth more since are fewer of them. Anyone who considers stamps with straight edges to be damaged, in my opinion, is out to lunch a bit! Unless, of course, they think the edge might be cut. These stamps are on the edge between two sheets and the one beside it would be missing the line and have less of a margin. I always keep my eyes open for line pairs and quite often line pairs or blocks are priced in Scott's specialized catalogs.
re: I just came across these hunting stamps?
