I see three Ukrainian town names in the catalogue listing that we've become familiar with in the current war:
SLOVIANSK, MAKIIVKA and KRAMATORSK.
All are in the Donetsk Oblast. I believe Makiivka is currently occupied by Russian forces.
"Karbovanets" is the currency.

I guess the name "XOLM" (with Cyrillic L) in the catalogue shows these labels were produced in CHELM in Poland, close to the Western border of Ukraine, and a very long way from Donetsk.

The auxiliary post stamps from the Kholm issues of 04/20/1941 are said to have been used after the occupation by German troops.
The stamps from 5 Gr to 5.30 Zl were mostly printed on colored paper without gum and remained imperforated.
The motifs are maps of the district and the city of Kholm, the region's coat of arms, Ukraine, a trident, a portrait of S. Shramchenko, as well as towers, churches and other structures.
